Features of Epson EB-1900, EB-1910 and EB-1915

Smoother Image Reproduction with 3LCD Technology -
Epson's proprietary 3LCD technology offers full-time colour projection with three separate LCD panels (Red, Green and Blue) thus ensuring smooth projection of image without colour breakup (commonly known as rainbow effect), distorted image patterns and visual fatigue, making it ideal for usage in corporation, classroom and even home theatre environment. The three chip engine also delivers incredibly bright images and accurate colors that give a touch of realism in every image depicted. The success and road tested reliability of the 3LCD technology has been marked by the milestone of 60 million 3LCD chips (2) shipped to date.

E-TORL - The proprietary Epson Twin Optimized Reflection Lamp (E-TORL) used by the projectors features an elliptically-shaped reflector that helps to improve energy efficiency by 20%, resulting in significant energy savings and prolonged lamp life as compared to conventional lamps. Users enjoy cost savings through lower electricity consumption and more reliable projector system with longer lamp lifespan. The small yet bright 230W lamp is capable of projecting an impressive 4000lm and has a long lifespan of 2500hours (when operated on normal mode).

Lightweight and Compact - Sporting a lightweight and compact chassis, the EB-1900 series projectors weigh up to 3.5kg and have been designed to be extremely mobile and easy to carry around.

USB Interface - Setting up the projectors has been made easier as users can now connect the projector to a PC through a USB cable, eliminating the need for the conventional, bulky VGA cable.

Integrated Speaker - The new Epson EB-1910 and EB-1915 also come with a powerful 10W in-built speaker which provides audio for video playbacks without a need to connect to an external speaker.

Wireless Connectivity - With the wireless connection feature, the Epson EB-1915 can be connected directly to a PC, allowing video and audio signals to be transmitted wirelessly, eliminating clutter and messy cables.

Front-Facing Exhaust - Intelligently designed for both corporate and education sectors, the EB-1900 series projector can either be placed on a desktop or mounted on ceilings. When placed on a desktop, the innovative front facing exhaust prevents audiences from being exposed to the warm exhaust when they are seated close to the projector.

Direct On/Off - When mounted on the ceiling for classroom settings, the Direct Power On/Off feature can be connected to the room's power source so that it is possible to switch off the projector at a flick of a  button. The Instant On/Off feature allows users to turn off the switch immediately after use without waiting for the projector to cool, thereby reducing unnecessary waiting time.

Slide Converter Software - The Epson EB-1915 projector features the "Slide Converter" software which allows presentation data to be stored into a USB memory device and projected directly via USB connection, without the need for the PC or laptop. Users can view pictures in JPEG format and save them on a USB memory device (4) directly, allowing images to be converted into "scenario files" as slideshows with the simple use of the remote control of via the control-panel.

Multiple Connectivity Options - The new EB-1900 series also allows user to choose from a wider range of connectivity options - USB(3), LAN(3), HDMI(4), and a wireless connection(4), making it easy and convenient to set up. The Epson EB-1915 and 1910 can be connected with the Epson ELP-DC06 document camera (5) through a USB cable to capture high quality live or still images that brings presentations to life.

Auto Keystone Correction and Screen Fit (4) - Projector size and image distortions can automatically be eliminated with the Epson EB-1915's Auto Horizontal / Vertical Keystone Correction and Screen Fit features. The Auto H/V Keystone Correction adjusts the focus and keystone features to project images without the need to reposition or manually adjust the projector. The Screen Fit feature on the other hand, adjusts the image vertically and horizontally to fit the size of the screen.
