    Epson UltraChrome® Hi-Gloss2 Ink - Glossy Results Every Time

    Epson UltraChrome® Hi-Gloss2 offers vibrant colours and long-lasting prints on a variety of media and paper. Ideal for amateur photographers and crafters, it provides the highest possible gloss combined with the outstanding durability of pigmented inks. It is an 8-colour ink set which includes cyan, magenta, yellow, matte black, photo black, red, orange and a gloss optimiser.

     

    So what makes UltraChrome® Hi-Gloss2 Ink special?

     

    Expanded colour gamut

    • The orange ink ensures natural skin tones, a wider colour gamut for yellow tones, more vivid oranges and an expansion in the red colour gamut. The magenta and yellow inks have been reformulated to create more accurate blue and green tones.

     

    Superior gloss finish

    • The gloss optimiser means that photographers benefit from a uniform smooth gloss finish. This ink has a clear gloss optimiser which is a high-density transparent resin coating for coloured ink pigments particles at the same time. The result? A durable, ultra smooth finish with uniform reflective characteristics and an even more glossy finish than previous Epson UltraChrome® Hi-Gloss inks.

     

    Flexibility

    • Epson UltraChrome® Hi-Gloss2 ink prints onto glossy, matte and fine art paper, and cut-sheet and roll format too. The Photo Black ink is suitable for printing on all paper types while the matte black is optimised for matte papers: its particle density is higher than that of the other inks, allowing more particles to be placed into the paper with one ink droplet. The result is a higher D-max for matte papers and respectively deeper blacks.

     

    Superior Durability

    • Long-lasting results are guaranteed with Epson UltraChrome® Hi-Gloss2. Under display conditions and when created on Epson Premium Glossy Photo paper, prints will last for 80 years without fading (also on a variety of other media including matte and fine art media outstanding light fastness).
