4. Laptop or PC is able to connect to the SSID set on the printer but is unable to see the printer ink level and do a test print.
1. Make sure your printer driver IP address or printer name is aligned with the printer.
2. Try disabling the wireless setting mode and reset the wireless mode again.
3. Restart the laptop/ PC or printer.
4. Disable your window firewall.
