Rated 1 out of 5 by Carl from Epson L360 cannot accept thick photo papers Problems I have experienced on a unit that is less than a month old: Problem #1: Whenever I try to print pictures with a 220gsm/250gsm A4 paper, the paper gets stuck on the paper tray; as only 1/4 of it is fed into the printer. Workaround: It works fine only when I apply pressure on top of the paper and try several times to get it right. NOTE: I think the design of the paper feeder (friction feeder) could have been made more better so that prints with thick paper would be hassle free. NOTE #2: I was told later on by one of the sales staff that it cannot handle thick papers. You should instead use papers with below 200gsm thickness. NOTE#3: Never had any issues like the above when printing on a "thick" paper such as a 250gsm matte paper with my old non refillable printer. Problem #2: I have noticed that the prints aren't "straight" whenever I do a "back to back" printing. I can in fact see a bit of "tilt" when a paper is descended for printing from the paper tray. Workaround: None that I can think of. OTHERS Scanning: I have also noticed that its scanning capability is just "mediocre" with a very slow scanning speed when 600dpi setting is selected. My old printer (a different brand) scans faster than the L360 by about 60 seconds on 600dpi/A4 size. Printing: Printing an A4 size picture using paper type "Epson Matte/Premium Glossy" on high quality setting takes almost 4 minutes to print. Let me say it again.. ALMOST 4 FRIGGING MINUTES to print a single A4 size picture! Extremely disappointing that this new model Epson printer cannot work better than an old rival printer which is a 2011 model.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Once Bart from fast printing! can print on a legal size! I bought this because Cannon has a head cartridge cycle expiration... contrary to reviews here, yes it can print a legal sized document or photo... but it can't scan a legal size document as with other all in one models similar to this you can only scan a legal sized document on an all in one printer that has a top feeder option... most flatbed all in one's can't. this one has it's warranty for 2years or before 30,000 prints. a good buy and I hope it lasts a long time.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Evadalden from All in One I bought this printer about a month ago, the value for money is excellent. Although I have experienced only one problem. It can't print on papers with LEGAL size. The only sizes available in the settings is "LETTER and A4 only. I would be glad if this review will be notice. Thankyou
